What file formats are included with my purchase?
Every kit includes industry-standard formats such as OBJ and FBX, along with native files for popular software like Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, Cinema 4D, and Maya. All assets are optimized for seamless integration into your workflow.
Can I use these assets for commercial projects?
Yes. Our standard license allows you to use the assets in any number of commercial projects, including films, video games, and advertisements. Please refer to our Licensing page for specific details regarding studio vs. individual use.
How do I download my kits after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, your kits will be available immediately in the 'My Library' section of your account. You can download them via our Cargo software or directly from the website.
What is Cargo and do I need it to use the kits?
Cargo is our free asset manager that allows you to search, filter, and import assets directly into your 3D software with one click. While not required, it is highly recommended for the most efficient workflow.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a kit has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Are the textures included with the models?
Yes, all kits come with high-resolution 4K textures and PBR materials. The assets are fully UV-mapped and ready to be rendered in any modern engine or ray-tracer.
